Order Fulfillment and Distribution

Orders picked, packed, labelled and handed to the right transport — whether it is a pallet for a distributor or a single item for an online customer.

Overview

Our fulfillment process adapts to the size, type and frequency of your orders. Bulk B2B orders and individual e-commerce shipments are processed from the same warehouse, with barcode scanning at each step to keep picking accurate.

Once orders are packed and labelled, they move straight into distribution. We plan dispatch by full truckload, part load or parcel depending on the order and destination, and choose carriers on cost, service level and reliability.

Common questions

Can you fulfil both B2B and e-commerce orders?

Yes. Our process handles bulk orders for distributors and retailers as well as individual e-commerce shipments, from the same inventory.

How do you keep picking accurate?

Items are barcode-scanned as they are picked and packed, which reduces human error and keeps inventory records in step with what has actually shipped.

Do you offer kitting and custom packs?

Yes. We bundle items into single packages or assemble customised sets, which is useful for e-commerce bundles, promotions and subscription boxes.

Who delivers the orders?

We plan dispatch by full truckload, part load or parcel and select carriers on cost, service level and reliability for each lane. Shipments are tracked through to delivery.

What about returns?

Returns can be received and processed at the same warehouse — inspected, re-packed and restocked where possible. See our reverse logistics service.
