This policy explains how Rising Supply Chain Services (“Rising SCS”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through this website, risingscs.com. It applies to information you give us through our enquiry forms and to technical information collected when you visit the site.

• the page from which you sent the form.

Technical information

Like most websites, our web server records basic technical information for each request: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser type and referring page. We use this only to operate and secure the website, for example to detect abuse and diagnose errors. To protect the enquiry form from spam, we also temporarily use your IP address to limit how many submissions can be made in a short period.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not load third-party tracking scripts.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting business relationship, and then delete it unless we are required to retain it by law. Web server logs are retained for a short period for security and troubleshooting.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to access, correct or erase the personal information you have given us, or withdraw consent to our using it.
